Lithuanian bank Paysera cards stopped working in Belarus
Lithuanian online bank Paysera payment cards stopped working in Belarus starting February 11. Office Life noticed the information in border crossing chats.
Belarusian users of Paysera cards received letters from the bank stating that transactions with them in our country "will be unsuccessful."
— Paysera cards cannot be used on the territory of Belarus (…). These measures are part of Paysera's efforts to comply with international sanctions, — the bank's message states.
Of the available functions, only the ability to view the balance at ATMs remains.
Until now, Paysera was the only Lithuanian bank whose cards could be used for payments in Belarus.
