Alexander Lukashenka commented to journalists on the content of the Belarusian-American negotiation agenda and confirmed the possibility of a quick next round, writes BelTA.
«We are negotiating with them. Decently. Excluding Russia and China. This is not discussed,» he stated.
«We are discussing our bilateral relations, starting from the resumption of normal embassy operations to the release of so-called political prisoners.
