The financial situation of Palta Poland could hardly be called cloudless even two years ago. In 2024, the company's revenue dropped by almost 40% (to 9 million zlotys — 2.2 million euros) and became unprofitable (a little over 95 thousand zlotys). There are no data yet for 2025, but, judging by the liquidation, the situation has not improved.

As of today, there remain Palta in the Cayman Islands and the Cypriot legal entity Palta Group, registered in early last year in Limassol. Its official website still lists among its assets Flo Health and Simple, as well as Zing Coach, Lovi, and the "eternal" Prisma Lab.
