Peskov: Belarusian-Russian nuclear drills — a signal for Europe

Vladimir Putin's press secretary today stated that the Russian-Belarusian military nuclear drills are a signal for Europe and NATO.
"Any drills are part of military development, and any drills are a signal," said Dmitry Peskov.
Putin has a joint Russian-Belarusian event scheduled at the highest level today, said the press secretary of the Russian president.
Also, Peskov, in response to statements in Europe about dialogue "with the Russians," stated that "the Russians are ready for conversation."
