Cape Verde scored first. Krasnodar forward Kevin Lenini scored from a free-kick from 30 meters.
Maximiliano Araujo and Agustín Canobbio put Uruguay ahead, but Tel Aviv's Maccabi player Elia Varela equalized the score — 2:2.
