The Canada national team advanced to the 1/8 finals of the World Cup, winning against the South African Republic national team with a score of 1:0.
The only goal at the end of the game was scored by Stephen Eustáquio.
In the 1/8 finals on July 4, Canada will meet the winner of the Netherlands — Morocco pair (the Netherlands — Morocco match will take place overnight into Tuesday, 04:00).
Today at the World Cup there are two games: Brazil — Japan (20:00) and Germany — Paraguay (23:00)
