Head coach of FC Minsk, Artem Chelyadinsky, after the 0:3 defeat in the Belarusian Championship match against Dynamo Minsk, commented on the absence of 18-year-old midfielder Zakhar Drachev from the match squad, writes bel.football.

According to the coach, the footballer was supposed to be in the starting lineup, but on the eve of the game, he left the club without warning.

"This is a first in my career. I've never seen anything like this before – the footballer simply left the club without permission, flew somewhere. Yesterday, he was supposed to be at the pre-match warm-up. We come to the meeting – the footballer is not there. We asked his friends – they said he flew away," Chelyadinsky said indignantly.

To the question of where exactly the footballer went, the coach replied that he did not have such information.

In his opinion, agents might have influenced the young footballer's decision. The coach believes that young players often listen to their advice more than to their own opinion or the club's position.

At the same time, he emphasized that the club does not prevent footballers from moving to other teams, but believes that such issues should be resolved openly and with respect for all parties.
