16-year-old boy in Minsk rode a scooter in the flow of cars
The incident occurred on Chyhunachnaya Street.
Protocols have been drawn up against him and transferred to the commission for juvenile affairs, Minsk-News reports.
The State Traffic Inspectorate reminded that it is necessary to move on personal mobility devices on bicycle paths, and in their absence — on the shoulder, sidewalks, or pedestrian paths, without creating danger for pedestrians. Exceptions are individual cases provided for by traffic rules.
