Wild Horses in Valozhyn District Hide from the Heat at a Bus Stop VIDEO
Wild tarpan-like horses, which were released into the wild several years ago in the Naliboki Forest area, have this summer started appearing more often near people and the M6 Minsk — Hrodna road. While previously they could usually only be seen from afar in the fields, now they are increasingly approaching places where people are present.

Particular attention was drawn to the unusual behavior of the herd near the village of Daŭbieny in the Valozhyn district. Several wild horses started using a bus stop near the highway as a resting place on hot days, writes the "Onliner" publication. A reader sent them the corresponding video.
The reason for such behavior is probably the heat. In an open field, it is difficult for animals to find protection from the strong sun, while under the bus stop's roof, there is shade and more comfortable conditions. Therefore, the horses began to come there to hide from the heat.
Wild tarpan-like horses in the fields near the M6 highway have already become a unique local landmark. People often notice them during trips, but in hot weather, the animals themselves have started approaching infrastructure typically used by humans.
