A "kill zone" (zone of engagement) is being created at the border. Border guards are constructing anti-tank ditches, barbed wire fences, and rows of concrete "dragon's teeth".

In the border area, defensive measures also continue on the Dnieper islands.
At the same time, military analysts currently see no signs that an invasion from Belarus is being prepared.
