According to the case materials, on the evening of July 3, in the area of Niamiha metro station, the young man behaved defiantly and impudently. In response to comments from passers-by, he used rude, obscene language, violated public order, and showed clear disrespect for generally accepted norms of behavior.
The court found him guilty under Article 19.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism) and sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest.
At the court hearing, the man fully admitted his guilt.
It was previously reported that the young man was walking along Minsk's Niamiha with his mother. He threw a cigarette butt exactly where utility workers had just cleaned. Young musician Lev Belarusaŭ made a comment to him — in response, he heard aggression and Russian profanity.
