Anzhalika Borys: Andrei Pachobut has no restrictions, can return to Belarus

The unexpected release of Andrei Pachobut became known on April 28. He was among those exchanged in a 5-for-5 scheme.
Belarus and Russia released three Polish citizens and two Moldovan citizens. Among the Polish citizens is Andrei Pachobut. It appears he has dual citizenship, Belarusian and Polish. In exchange, five citizens "detained in various EU countries and other states" traveled from the European Union. These are citizens of Belarus, Russia, and other CIS countries.
