General provisions
This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how and for what purposes we process it, and on what legal grounds the processing is carried out.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
This Policy applies to all users of the nashaniva.com website. When processing personal data, we are guided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the current legislation of the European Union.

2. What data we process
2.1. Automatically collected data
- IP address;
- device and browser information;
- data on interaction with the website and viewed pages;
- cookies and similar technologies.
2.2. Data when interacting with the website
- comments and ratings — if you post them;
- messages sent via feedback forms — if you send them;
- username — if you post comments.
2.3. Special categories of data
We do not purposefully collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR — including information about political views). We process data from comments you post on the basis of Art. 9(2)(e) GDPR — data manifestly made public by the data subject. We encourage users not to leave information in public comments that could lead to your identification or put you at risk. We ourselves try to remove such information during comment moderation, even if the user carelessly posted it. Comment moderation rules are available next to the comment posting form.
3. Purposes of data processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- ensuring the operation and security of the website;
- providing website content and functionality;
- collecting traffic statistics;
- improving user experience;
- preventing abuse and protecting against attacks;
- displaying and measuring advertising effectiveness;
- administering comments and feedback.
4. Principles of processing
We guarantee that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular:
- in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency;
- only to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes;
- only for the legitimate purposes we have indicated, without using them in any other way incompatible with these purposes;
- only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes (or within the terms provided by law);
- ensuring an adequate level of security.
Automated decision-making and profiling. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal effects or significantly affect user rights. Automated processes are used only for traffic analytics, ensuring security, website operation, and preventing abuse.
5. Legal bases for processing
We process personal data on the following grounds:
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent: optional cookies, analytics (Google Analytics), advertising services (Google), social media page statistics.
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — fulfillment of user request: processing of inquiries, messages via forms, comments.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest: ensuring website security, preventing abuse and attacks, basic server logs for security and diagnostics. These legitimate interests consist in protecting infrastructure and users from unauthorized access and abuse.
- Art. 9(2)(e) GDPR: processing of special categories of data manifestly made public by the data subject (see point 2.3).
Consent can be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use several categories of cookies:
- technically necessary — for basic website operation (do not require consent);
- analytical — for traffic statistics (Google Analytics; require consent);
- advertising — for displaying and measuring ads (Google; require consent)
- other (see Cookie Policy).
Optional (analytical and advertising) cookies are set only after obtaining your consent via the Consent Management Platform (CMP) banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
The retention period of cookies depends on their type, purpose, and service provider. A detailed description of cookies and their retention periods is provided in the Cookie Policy.
Web analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect aggregated website traffic and behavior statistics. Google Analytics is collected only after obtaining your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). GA4 does not record or store full IP addresses of users.
With regard to analytical data, Google acts as our processor on the basis of a data processing agreement; for certain of its own purposes, Google may act as an independent controller in accordance with its terms. Advertising. Ads are displayed on the website through Google services. To select and measure the effectiveness of ads, Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers. With regard to this data, Google acts as an independent controller and also processes them for its own purposes in accordance with its privacy policy.
Advertising cookies are set only after obtaining your consent via the consent management banner. You can choose personalized or non-personalized advertising and withdraw consent at any time. Additional information about ad settings: adssettings.google.com.

Processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest (page statistics analysis) and user consent. Social networks may set cookies and process data in accordance with their privacy policy. On social media platforms, this happens independently of us.
8. Transfer of data to third parties and to countries outside the EU
Data may be transferred to analytical and advertising service providers (a typical example is Google), hosting and cloud service providers, and infrastructure services.
Some recipients, including Google, are located outside the EU. Data transfer is carried out in accordance with GDPR on the basis of:
- European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU—US Data Privacy Framework, if applicable;
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission;
- additional technical and organizational security measures.
9. Data retention period
Personal data is stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.
Retention periods:
- server logs and IP addresses — up to 90 days;
- cookies — depending on the type (see Cookie Policy);
- comments — until deleted by the moderator;
- messages via the feedback form on the website — up to one month after processing the request;
- Google Analytics data — according to GA4 retention settings.
Upon achievement of purposes or withdrawal of consent, data is deleted or anonymized. Data may be stored longer if required by law.
10. Data Security
We apply technical and organizational security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, and destruction.
11. Children
The website is not aimed at minors and does not purposefully collect children's data. If you are under 14, please use the website only with the consent of your parents or guardians. If your child has provided us with their personal data without your consent, please contact us so we can delete this personal data.
12. User Rights
You have the right to:
- receive information about your data;
- access data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase data;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing;
- withdraw consent;
- receive data in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in Lithuania is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, VDAI).
13. Submitting requests
Official requests can be sent to email [email protected]. The request must contain data that allows identification of the user. A response is provided within 30 days (with the possibility of extension in cases provided by GDPR).
14. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on the website; the date at the beginning of the document reflects the last revision. In case of significant changes, users may be additionally informed.
