Starting June 8, the procedure for booking appointments to submit documents at Polish visa centers is changing. A verified waiting list will be introduced for all categories of applicants and all types of visas, reports visa.vfsglobal.by.

After completing all necessary registration steps, the applicant will no longer immediately choose a date for submitting documents. Instead, they will be added to a waiting list to receive a free slot.
However, the main stages of the procedure remain unchanged:
- creating and activating an account;
- selecting a visa center, visa category, and subcategory;
- uploading a passport photo and automatic data entry;
- undergoing identity verification.
After successful verification, the application will be added to the waiting list. The applicant will receive an email with confirmation and a registration number.
When free slots for document submission become available, an email will be sent with the option to book a date and time for the visit.
48 hours will be allotted for booking. If a slot is not selected within this time, the application will be removed from the waiting list.
It is also reported that if the need to submit documents disappears, the applicant can independently cancel their registration on the waiting list through their personal account in the VFS system.
