In two cafes, it was found that they were producing alcoholic tinctures from raw materials of questionable quality and without the necessary technological documentation. Such documentation is mandatory as it confirms the safety and composition of the products.

In addition, during the inspection, more than 60 liters of alcohol were disposed of due to violations of its storage conditions.
As a result, the operations of the establishments have been suspended until all violations are rectified.
