The tariff applies to people living in garden houses or dachas and connected to power supply networks through "Belenergo".
Beneficiaries include, for example, non-working pensioners, Group III disabled persons, as well as other individuals entitled to benefits and registered at their place of residence in such houses.
For them, a reduced tariff has been set — 0.12 rubles per kilowatt-hour. But to use it, a number of conditions must be met: having a technical passport for the house, being officially registered in it, not having central heating and gas supply in the building, and also having a stationary electric stove.
