Rescuers extinguished a fire at a sawmill in the Zhlobin district. The report of the blaze was received by the Ministry of Emergency Situations overnight: the incident occurred in the village of Praskurni.

When fire departments arrived at the scene, open flames were already raging — a wooden warehouse was on fire, as well as stacked piles of firewood.
Rescuers promptly dealt with the fire and completely extinguished it. Fortunately, no one was injured.
The exact cause of the blaze is still being determined. However, among the main versions considered is the impact of natural forces, a lightning strike.
