Near Dokshytsy, Scientists Were Visually Shown How Everything Was During the War PHOTOS
In the Dokshytsy district, a two-day scientific and practical conference titled "Dokshytsy Region: Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Region" is being held. At its very beginning, local authorities organized a theatrical performance for the event participants near the war memorial.

In the local Telegram channel, it is reported that more than 50 specialists from various cities of Belarus are participating in the conference. Representatives from Dokshytsy, Vitebsk, Hlybokaye, Dzyarzhynsk, Minsk, Navapolatsk, and Polatsk arrived at the forum. Among them are historians, archaeologists, anthropologists, art critics, linguists, literary critics, archive and museum staff, and local historians.

The conference program began with a visit to the "Shunevka" memorial complex — a place of remembrance for the residents of the village of the same name, who died as a result of Nazi destruction. Participants were brought to the memorial titled "The Curse of Fascism," where they were visually shown how everything happened then.
