In Minsk, a bus fatally ran over its own driver

He got out at the bus stop to repair the bus.

It all happened on July 26 in Minsk at the "Trastsianetski" bus stop. A 60-year-old MAZ bus driver stopped due to a malfunction and tried to repair the bus himself. But he did not turn off the engine and transmission, and did not engage the parking brake — and the bus ran over him.

The man died on the spot from his injuries, the Minsk State Automobile Inspectorate reported.
