This building in Baranavichy was sold for one base unit, but the price at auction jumped to $40 thousand

14 eager participants competed for the right to acquire the building.

At the electronic tenders in the Brest region, organized by the regional state property committee, a building in Baranavichy with an area of 700 m² increased in price almost 2800 times.

It was ready to be sold for one base unit (42 rubles), but at the auction, 14 participants organized a virtual fight for the building.

As a result, the winner will pay 116,700 rubles! That's more than $40 thousand.

The tenders became a record in 2025, both in terms of the number of participants and the growth in price relative to the initial price.
