The situation required immediate intervention, so the services decided to force their way into the apartment.
Police officers, along with firefighters, entered the premises and apprehended the man, who was behaving aggressively. According to preliminary information, he might have been under the influence of narcotic substances.
After this, the Belarusian man was taken to the hospital for examination and assistance.
As a result of the incident, no one was injured, and the thrown objects did not cause harm to other people or property.
