In the United Arab Emirates, the airspace has been fully opened for flights. This was announced by the country's General Civil Aviation Authority.

Regular flights to the UAE had not been operating since early March after the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East. At that time, Dubai's aviation authorities revoked slots and flight permits. In March, only evacuation and repatriation flights were carried out, as in other countries in the region.

In this regard, the Belarusian airline "Belavia" repeatedly extended the suspension of flights to Dubai. It was last reported that regular flights to and from Dubai were cancelled until at least May 20.

Now, the previously imposed restrictions have been lifted. The Emirati authorities stated that the decision to open the airspace was made after a comprehensive assessment of the situation and safety conditions.
