Wildberries migrant taxi driver hit a Belarusian woman in the face — she had previously asked him to turn the music down

Katsiaryna Krauchanka got into a taxi with a friend to get home from work. But she didn't expect that after the ride she would have to call the police.

Katsiaryna shared details about that trip on social media. According to the girl, she and her friend usually call a taxi to get home after work, and they did the same this time. The girls chose the "WB Taxi" service.

Problems with the driver began from the very start — he drove up to the wrong location. Katsiaryna says there was no way to call him, so she sent him a photo of where he needed to pick them up.

Finally, they got into the taxi:

“We're driving, he seemed strange, but we had waited for him for 15 minutes and needed to go, as there was no time. At some point, he started playing music very loudly, as if you were in a club. I asked, 'Please, turn it down,' — and he told us to shut up."

Katsiaryna pointed out to the driver that he was at work and shouldn't speak to passengers that way:

“He replied to me: 'I'm not working.' And he actually speaks Russian very poorly, he's not Russian. I then said that I would record everything on my phone camera, because such communication is unacceptable.”

In response to this, Katsiaryna claims, the driver started showing the passengers an obscene gesture and swearing. He knocked the phone out of Katsiaryna's hands.

“The phone fell onto my lap, I lowered my head and told Yulia to record. Then he hit me in the face,” — the girl cries.

Katsiaryna also published a recording, apparently made by the same Yulia — it shows the taxi driver threatening the girl. After the trip, Yulia called the police, and the taxi driver was quickly found. Katsiaryna does not specify what other consequences the incident had and what awaits the taxi driver.

Still from Yulia's video

“After this situation, I don't know how I can ride in a taxi; I've developed a kind of panic fear towards everyone. It seems to me that he will now find out my address, because he is an utterly inadequate person,” — Katsiaryna shares.
