Citizens of our country can stay there under these conditions for up to 30 days. The Belarusian Embassy in Vietnam announced the new regulation.
The total period of visa-free stay within a year should not exceed 90 days. If there is a desire to stay in Laos for longer than a month immediately, a visa will have to be obtained.
The country is located in Southeast Asia and borders Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and China.
There is currently no direct air connection between Belarus and Laos. The most budget-friendly option to get there from Minsk in the coming weeks will cost 482 dollars (about 1400 rubles). However, two transfers will be required — in Moscow and Guangzhou, China.
