46-year-old human rights activist Sergei Ustsinau shocked social media with his unusual photos in a female guise
Sergei Ustsinau, one of the leaders of the "Legal Initiative," has recently been surprising acquaintances with his new image — the man is experimenting with makeup, manicures, wigs, and dresses worn with lace stockings and heels.
Sergei actively shares photos and videos in feminine, piquant outfits on his social media. What are these changes connected to?
Sergei Ustsinau is a Belarusian human rights activist, an expert in combating torture, one of the founders of the International Committee for the Investigation of Torture in Belarus, and one of the leaders of the human rights organization "Legal Initiative." In 2021, he left Belarus. He is married, raises a cat and a dog with his wife, and is involved in growing herbs, which he chronicles in a separate blog called "Agroshanets."
Sergei himself explains this by saying that he sometimes feels feminine and allows this part of himself to manifest.
There is a special term for men dressing as women and vice versa — cross-dressing. Male cross-dressers can also be called femboys — those who consciously prefer to look and behave femininely while maintaining their male gender identity.
First, the man tried wearing makeup, then added skirts to his wardrobe, appreciating their comfort in the warm season.
«I'm already at an age where I can look how I want, wear what I want, position and feel myself how I want. And if you don't have your own personal life... Well, finally get one,» — answers Sergei. «I just started living the way I always wanted. Some people like it, some don't, others are annoyed by it. I don't care.»
Now he has also added previously unknown beauty procedures to his routine: epilation and manicure. All of this is to achieve what he considers beautiful and physically perfect.
On the path of discovering his new self, Sergei apologized to all women whom he might have previously accused of being late — now he understands them:
«Just applying eyeliner neatly takes an incredible amount of time.»
