Frames from Babruisk were shared on Threads by user tinnalexx. The video shows that the water in the fountain is dirty, the water itself and the bottom of the fountain are covered with an incomprehensible yellow-green coating, writes "MahilioŭOnline".

"It's about time to refresh it a bit. Kids were fishing algae out of the fountains with sticks, that was quite a sight, but at least they had fun," the author of the post wrote.
