Minsk will soon open its 30th Mak.by restaurant. It hasn't been in this area yet.

Construction has begun at the intersection of Ales Dudar, Yanka Luchyna, and Ihumenski Trakt streets: a new Mak.by will appear here by the end of the year. This location will be the first in the Lošyca microdistrict and the 30th in Belarus. Representatives of the chain told Realt.by the details of the project.

A new Mak.by restaurant will appear in the Lošyca microdistrict. It is already under construction at the intersection of Ales Dudar, Yanka Luchyna, and Ihumenski Trakt streets. When choosing the site, the dynamics of the district's development, population growth, transport accessibility, and convenience for local residents were taken into account.

The new location will cover 360 square meters and will be able to accommodate over a hundred guests simultaneously: 78 seating places are provided in the hall, and another 32 on the outdoor terrace. The restaurant will also implement key Mak.by innovations: modern self-service kiosks, digital menu boards, and other solutions.

A parking lot with 29 spaces will be equipped for motorists, and a Mak.Drive line will be opened.

The design is being handled by PVPUP "Architectural Studio of Architect Andrushkin," which also developed projects for McDonald's restaurants in Belarus.

Construction in Lošyca is planned to be completed by mid-October.
