One of Minsk's popular burger joints, BurgerLab, has been put up for sale. As stated in the information on the b4y.by website, the establishment located at Komsomolskaya Street, 12, is the one in question.

The restaurant is being sold as a ready-made business for a little over 223.3 thousand rubles, or $75 thousand.
"The sale offers a fully functional restaurant in one of the city's most sought-after locations — in the tourist center near Nemiga, with a constant high pedestrian flow," the ad states.
The area of the establishment is 298.7 sq. m. Among its advantages, besides the location, are a private courtyard, which is a rarity for the city center, as well as the availability of all necessary equipment and furniture.
The ad also says that the new owner can either maintain the previous format or implement a new concept. The layout of the establishment is suitable for any concept — a restaurant, cafe, bistro, or gastro bar.
By the way, this is not the only BurgerLab in Minsk. A similar establishment also operates on the "party" street Kastrychnitskaya.
