Poland Visa Center cancels appointments for document submission made during the system testing period
Appointments for submitting documents for a Polish visa, made in the new system but before its official launch on June 8, will be cancelled. This was reported by the Polish visa center — VFS Global.

As a reminder, from June 8, new rules apply for making appointments to submit documents at Polish visa centers in Belarus. Applicants must undergo verification and join a waiting list. After free dates become available, they will receive a notification via email, allowing them to independently choose the date and time of submission, writes Most.
However, as stated in the VFS Global announcement, some applicants managed to register in the queue even before June 8 — during the system testing. "All registrations made during the system testing period before its official launch on June 8, 2026, will be cancelled. Registrations created during the system functionality testing are not considered valid," the visa center's message states.
The queue will be formed starting from the first applicant successfully registered on June 8.
The decision to cancel appointments at the visa center was linked to "ensuring fair, transparent, and correct access to the system for all applicants" and complying with previously announced launch conditions.
