Jagodzianki are popular seasonal buns in Poland. They are made from yeast dough, sprinkled with crumble on top, and filled with plenty of fresh blueberries inside. They are baked from the end of June until blueberries disappear. On July 2nd, Poland even celebrates Jagodzianka Day (an informal holiday).
This year, some cafes in Minsk decided to adopt the tradition. Jagodzianki are offered, for example, at River Espresso Club and Come In. There are options not only with blueberries but also with cream or raspberries.
