Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi announced that Ukraine plans new offensive operations.
«We will conduct a strategic defensive operation, but we understand that you won't achieve victory in defense. Therefore, accordingly, we will conduct offensive operations,»
— he said in an interview with lb.ua.
Syrskyi also stated that Russia plans to increase the production of strike drones to launch up to 1000 drones per day at Ukraine.
«Therefore, of course, we must do everything to disrupt these plans and inflict such losses on the enemy that they abandon their active actions, and create conditions for negotiations. Because no one will negotiate with the weak,» — noted Syrskyi.
