Lukashenka on the tragedy with the bus in Bryansk: "It's a Ukrainian drone"

"We are not rushing to draw any conclusions, but we clearly state the fact that this is a drone of Ukrainian origin."

The drone that attacked a bus with Belarusian citizens, including children, in the Bryansk region, is of Ukrainian origin, Lukashenka stated today at a meeting with military personnel, writes BelTA.

"We are not rushing to draw any conclusions, but we clearly state the fact that this is a drone of Ukrainian origin. It is a Ukrainian drone," he said after a day of silence.

Alexander Lukashenka reported that the Ukrainian side responded to the claims, stating that such drones can be acquired by various individuals.

"This means that it wasn't us (the Ukrainian side claims this), someone bought it, or perhaps it's some kind of provocation, even to the extent that such a strike was allegedly carried out by the Russians themselves," he said about the response from Ukraine. "But some things are already known today. They say that at that time no strikes were carried out on the Bryansk region. However, the same bus driver claims that he personally saw (and probably not only him – the investigation will show) not one drone, but several, which, according to him, were buzzing and flying over the bus."

"One of these drones, thankfully not very powerful, hit the bus. As a result, a person died and our children were injured," he noted.

"Thus, there are enough conspiracy theories here," Lukashenka remarked.

"If someone provokes us and tries to drag us into war, I think it will end badly for those who try to do it.

We are behaving calmly. Someone doesn't like that Belarus is a calm state, that's why all this is happening. We hear statements, excuses, various versions. But we need the truth.

And we await this truth or a real, just, honest answer from Ukrainian state officials, military personnel, and people. We will still find out the truth, it won't be a big problem," Lukashenka stated.

"Аднак той жа кіроўца аўтобуса сцвярджае, што асабіста бачыў (і, напэўна, не толькі ён — следства гэта пакажа) не адзін дрон, а некалькі, якія, паводле яго слоў, гулі і ляталі над аўтобусам»."©
Было б цікава паслухаць самаго кіроўцу і пасажыраў аўтобуса, як яны гэта ўсё запомнілі.
