Ukraine Struck an Oil Refinery in Nizhny Novgorod Region, Which Supplies Fuel to Moscow and the Region
On the night of July 2, about three dozen Ukrainian drones attacked the Nizhny Novgorod region, the head of the region, Gleb Nikitin, reported.

"The falling debris caused non-critical damage to one industrial facility and several residential buildings. With pain in my heart, I must report the death of one civilian," Nikitin wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to him, four people were also injured, one of whom was hospitalized. Emergency services are working at the scene, and air defense systems continue to operate.
According to an analysis of eyewitness video recordings conducted by the publication Astra, the "Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez" oil refinery, located in the city of Kstovo, was hit.
This is the largest plant of Lukoil, ranking fourth in Russia by capacity and second by gasoline production. The enterprise is capable of processing about 15 million tons of oil per year and producing up to 5 million tons of gasoline. Moreover, this refinery supplies fuel to the Moscow region.
