Motorcyclist with Passenger Hit by Train in Pinsk District

In the agro-town of Malatkovichy, Pinsk district, late on the night of June 30, a fatal accident occurred at a railway crossing — a motorcycle collided with a passenger train.

The 27-year-old driver of a 'Minsk' motorcycle, who did not have a driver's license, was driving along Marozava Street. While crossing the railway crossing on the Pinsk — Yukhnavichy section, he allegedly ran a red light, after which a collision with a passenger train occurred.

As a result of the accident, the driver died at the scene. His 22-year-old passenger sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital.
