The State Control Committee reported on how it forced the authorities of Kruglyansky district to solve the problem with the only access road to the cemetery near the village of Vargutsevo.
A resident of the district complained to the controllers about the terrible condition of the road. KCC specialists visited the site and confirmed the problem.
"KCC specialists from Mogilev region went to the site and found that all facts were confirmed. Periodic backfilling of the problematic section of the road does not save the situation," summarized the KCC.
A new bypass road was made to circumvent the problematic section, the agency writes.
And it publishes photos in "before" and "after" format.
In the "before KCC arrival" photos, there is a completely washed-out dirt road with deep ruts from heavy vehicles and large puddles, making it impossible to pass.
In the fresh "after KCC arrival" shots, the situation is completely different. There are no puddles, no mud, and you can drive through easily.
The joke is that it's the same road. It just dried out in the summer.
