A gastropub on a steamboat is for sale in Pinsk. How much are they asking?
An unusual ready-made business is up for sale in Pinsk — the "Mayak" gastropub, which operates inside the famous decommissioned steamboat "Raketa", writes BGmedia.

The establishment is located in the city center, on the Pinsk River embankment, opposite the "Pripyat" hotel. Thanks to its location, the gastropub is popular with residents and tourists.
As noted in the advertisement, the steamboat is well insulated, so the establishment operates year-round. This is the only gastropub of its kind in Pinsk.
The area of the steamboat itself is 96 square meters. A summer terrace with an area of another 53 square meters is equipped nearby.
The owners state that the object is completely ready for operation: inside there is furniture, dishes, equipment, as well as a ventilation system.
The new owner is promised to receive contacts of suppliers, active contracts, and an Instagram page with an already formed audience.
If desired, the business can be moved to another location, by purchasing it separately from the vessel.
However, the current location has its advantages: the owner does not have to pay land tax and real estate tax.
For the ready-made business, the owners are asking 87 thousand dollars.
This is comparable to the prices for one-room apartments in Minsk. According to real estate market data, depending on the area, condition of the housing, and the year the building was constructed, "one-roomers" in the capital today often sell in the range of 80 to 100 thousand dollars.
