Notably, her daughter Katsiaryna Bialan also works as a judge.

55-year-old Yulia Bliznyuk, deputy chairwoman of the Frunzensky Court of Minsk, has become a judge of the Minsk City Court. The corresponding decree was signed by Alexander Lukashenka.
Logistically, little has changed for the judge, as both institutions are practically in the same building.
Yulia Bliznyuk is under sanctions for active participation in the political persecution of Belarusians. She sentenced dozens of people in political criminal cases, and sent dozens more to detention for administrative violations.
She fined Pavel Seviarynets back in 2016, gave 10 days of detention for white-red-white curtains in 2020, imprisoned for 2 years for the inscription «We will not forget» on tiles, and 5 years to those who defended people from law enforcement.
Yulia Bliznyuk has two daughters. 20-year-old Anastasiya studied to be an investigator, while 35-year-old Katsiaryna became a judge, like her mother.

Katsiaryna's husband, and accordingly Yulia's son-in-law, is 35-year-old Dzmitry Bialan. His last known position was second secretary of the Central District Committee of BRSM.
