23-year-old guy from Mogilev tied a tubing to a car and rode a friend. Received an administrative penalty

The traffic police found the driver from a video on the internet.

A 23-year-old Mogilev resident in a BMW tied a tubing to the car and gave a friend a ride in it on the roadway.

After the video was posted online, the guy was found by the traffic police.

«For this violation, he was brought to administrative responsibility,» — the Mogilev traffic police report about the driver's fate.

No one was injured during the ride.
