Rudzik — to Belarusian politicians with Polish passports: Run not for the CC, but for the Polish Sejm
Jan Rudzik, former Nexta editor and veteran of the Kastuś Kalinoŭski Regiment, came forward with an initiative for a radical change in strategy for democratic forces. Against the backdrop of preparations for the next elections to the Coordination Council, he proposed that politicians use their popularity to enter real power in Poland.
It is said that the next elections to the Coordination Council are being planned. Many words could be written about the uselessness of this event, as well as about the uselessness of opposition structures in principle. But, it seems, everyone has already understood everything anyway.
However, it seems that there is an answer to the question "What else is there to do?"
It so happened that many top figures of democratic forces already have Polish passports. And some even have recognition in Poland itself, presence in Polish media, and, it can be assumed, contacts with Polish politicians.
Why not try to "launch" into the Polish Sejm?
About half a hundred thousand Belarusians historically reside in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. People with Belarusian roots and relatives are even more numerous. Those with a temporary residence permit, permanent residence permit, or visa — several hundred thousand. And these people also receive and will receive passports.
Quite an electoral base with understandable problems that can be solved. And the status of a Sejm Deputy of the Republic of Poland will provide more legitimacy for actions on the international arena than the status of a delegate or even the speaker of the Coordination Council.
It seems everything is on the surface, or are there any pitfalls preventing this?

Становясь частью чужой государственной системы, политик теряет субъектность и обязан работать на благо Варшавы, а не Минска. Это не помощь Беларуси, а ассимиляция политической элиты в чужую систему
