Missiles were launched from Iran

On the night of March 10, a missile strike was launched at the military base in Al-Azraq, Jordan, where Bundeswehr and U.S. Air Force personnel are stationed, Bild reports.
The missiles were launched from Iran. It is still unclear whether there were direct hits or if fragments of intercepted missiles fell on the camp territory.
One of the projectiles hit a building where the FRG contingent was housed, however, the military personnel were in shelters at the time of the attack, so no one was injured.
The Bundeswehr has been at the Al-Azraq base for several years, participating from there in the international coalition against the terrorist group "Islamic State". Amid the escalation in the Middle East, Germany had previously reduced the number of military personnel at the base, where dozens of Bundeswehr soldiers were previously stationed.
