Information has appeared about the verdict handed down earlier this year to Hleb Panasyuk, a resident of Svetlahorsk — let's recall that he was then sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment in a political case.
"Gomel Spring" reports that Hleb was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 361-3 of the Criminal Code (participation on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation or armed conflict, military actions, recruitment or training of persons for such participation).
According to Hleb's friends, he was subscribed to the channel of the Kastuś Kalinoŭski Regiment, but he definitely was not involved in recruiting or training potential fighters.
Let's recall that Hleb Panasyuk had lived in Poland for the last few years and decided to visit his parents in Belarus last year — he was detained upon his return.
