Look how cool this "Stalinka" near the center of Minsk was renovated
This house is located in the Academy of Sciences district, behind the noisy avenue. A fresh renovation in warm beige tones with trendy finishes has transformed this "Stalinka" into modern housing with three-meter ceilings and in an enviable location. Realt suggests evaluating the renovation and its cost.
The four-story house at Surganava, 20 was built in 1957. A "Stalinka" apartment on the third floor, reimagined in a modern style, is up for sale. Its area is 60 square meters. Previously, it had two rooms; now it's a Euro-two-room apartment, with more than 7 square meters allocated to the kitchen.
Major repairs were carried out in the house in 2014, and the apartment's renovation was recently completed. Porcelain stoneware is laid on the floor, the walls are painted and decorated with decorative elements, and several lighting scenarios have been implemented.
