The four-story house at Surganava, 20 was built in 1957. A "Stalinka" apartment on the third floor, reimagined in a modern style, is up for sale. Its area is 60 square meters. Previously, it had two rooms; now it's a Euro-two-room apartment, with more than 7 square meters allocated to the kitchen.
