Italian Jannik Sinner defeated German tennis player Alexander Zverev in the Wimbledon final
Sinner, the world's number one player, won the Wimbledon tournament for the second time in a row. The match, which lasted almost four hours, ended with a score of 6:7, 7:6, 6:3, 6:4, writes BBC.

"You once again proved why you are the best player in the world. It was great to share the center court with you on the final weekend. It's a great honor for me to be here," Zverev reacted to the defeat.
As noted by French tennis player Marion Bartoli, Sinner achieved his 100th victory at Grand Slam tournaments.
"I think we saw a new Novak who will dominate tennis for the next 10-15 years," she said.
