The world's number one tennis player from Belarus, Aryna Sabalenka, publicly praised her fiancé, Brazilian entrepreneur Georgios Frangulis, for the engagement ring with a 12-carat diamond.

In a video published on social media, the tennis player proudly showcased the jewelry. She explained that the ring is adorned with a large oval diamond and emeralds — her favorite precious stones.
Sabalenka humorously noted that due to the large size of her hands, only very large rings suit her, joking that they should be at least 15 carats. However, according to her, Frangulis managed the choice perfectly.

Georgios Frangulis himself admitted that he spent a long time choosing the stone for the engagement ring. He thought that a 15-carat diamond would be too big and very expensive, so he settled on a 12-carat option.
According to jewelry experts, the cost of such a ring can exceed 750 thousand dollars. The piece was custom-made in platinum and adorned with emeralds, making it unique.

The couple announced their engagement in March 2026. Frangulis proposed in a romantic setting, decorating the place with flowers and candles. Sabalenka accepted, and the couple is now preparing for the wedding.
Georgios Frangulis is an entrepreneur of Greek origin, born in Brazil. He founded the international chain Oakberry, which specializes in acai berry products. The couple has been in a relationship since 2024, and Frangulis regularly supports Sabalenka at tournaments around the world.
