In Belarus, the rates for realtor services are being changed, and specific figures have appeared. The new rates come into force on May 16.

Previously, for objects priced up to 4,200 basic units (189,000 rubles), a single rate of 3% applied. Now, a differentiated scale is being introduced:
- for prices up to 700 basic units, the tariff will be 6%;
- from 700 to 2,000 basic units — 5%;
- from 2,000 to 3,000 basic units — 4%;
- from 3,000 to 4,200 basic units — 3% (as before).
For objects more expensive than 12,400 basic units, the multi-stage grid (where the tariff varied from 1% to 1.5%) has been abolished. Now, a single rate of 1.5% of the cost is being introduced there.
