The metro showed how unrecognizably the surroundings of the "Uskhod" station have changed in 30 years. PHOTOS
The Minsk Metro published archival and modern photos of the "Uskhod" metro station area, showing how this corner of the capital has changed over the last thirty years.

In the 1995 photograph, one can see an almost rural landscape: open space, sparse buildings, and even cows being driven along the sidewalk.
Today, in this very spot, there is a modern urban area with commercial facilities, developed infrastructure, and an organized metro entrance.
"Everything flows, everything changes," — that's how the Minsk Metro press service philosophically captioned the photos.
