The Board of Directors of CJSC "Neo Bank Asia" appointed Oleg Korobyin as Chairman of the Board starting July 1. This was reported to Office Life by the bank.
From January 6, 2026, until his appointment, Oleg Korobyin served as acting Chairman of the Board. Prior to him, the position was held by Alexander Titov, appointed in July 2024, ahead of the rebranding.
The new Chairman of the Board has been working in the banking sector for more than a quarter of a century, including over 20 years in managerial positions. He joined the Neo Bank team in August 2024. In December of the same year, he was elected a member of the board and Deputy Chairman of the Board, and in May 2025, he became the First Deputy Chairman of the Board.
The bank noted that, as part of the implementation of the 2025-2027 strategy, Oleg Korobyin will continue to work on the digital transformation of Neo Bank, promote the expansion of international cooperation, and achieve financial goals.
In August 2024, BTA Bank in Belarus changed its name to "Neo Bank Asia". Almost 99.93% of its authorized capital is controlled by the Kazakh company SNRG Capital Eurasia.
The ultimate beneficial owner of the bank is entrepreneur Sultan Marenov, who headed the board of BTA Bank from 2005 to 2015. He acquired the bank from businessman Kenes Rakishev for 230 million tenge (approximately 446 thousand US dollars), and in late January 2024, he became the Chairman of the bank's Board of Directors.
