"The greatest free advertisement in history." A jar of Nutella unexpectedly broke into the live broadcast of the flight around the Moon

Millions of people watched the broadcast.

On Monday night into Tuesday, the Artemis 2 mission reached lunar orbit and flew around Earth's satellite.

The broadcast of the first flight in 53 years was streamed on all NASA platforms, as well as on Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and other streaming services.

Four minutes before the mission's crew made history, breaking the 1970 record for the maximum distance from Earth, a jar of Nutella unexpectedly flew into the frame. Millions of people watched the broadcast at this culminating moment.

"It is a great honor for us to travel further than any spread in history. We are taking the spreading of smiles to new heights!" - the brand itself reacted instantly.

And here's what else is being written about it on social media: "The chances of a random Nutella appearing in the frame 402,000 kilometers from Earth are extremely small, but never zero. The greatest free advertisement in history."
