An abandoned sanatorium near Minsk, which was never completed, is for sale
The complex in the village of Novoye Pole has been empty since the 1990s. Construction stopped due to lack of funding, writes "Minskaya Pravda".

The object includes the main and sleeping buildings with a total area of almost 9 thousand square meters, as well as a plot of about 4 hectares. According to the project, a swimming pool, SPA-zone, medical offices and rooms for vacationers were supposed to appear here.


The initial price is 204 thousand rubles (about 70 thousand dollars). Electronic bidding will take place on July 30.
