11 people, including a child, wounded in Russian strike on Kyiv

"Even before the air raid alert was announced, strikes on civilian infrastructure occurred. Emergency services are working on site: residential buildings, offices, and a theological seminary were damaged in the capital," Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote in his Telegram channel.

"During this night, Russia used more than 120 drones and 12 missiles, half of which were ballistic. Our defenders managed to shoot down most of the targets, but not the ballistic missiles.

We expect our partners to fulfill their promises regarding support packages for the defense of our people, which were agreed upon during the NATO meeting. It is necessary to move as quickly as possible with agreements regarding licenses for 'Patriots' and a joint European anti-ballistic defense project," he wrote.

Гэта забойства й тэрарызм, а не вайна. Расея без разбору атакуе цывільныя будынкі й жыхароў.
